So happy we got some warm weather today.

I told the boys if they went to bed like good boys last night then if the weather was warm I would take them to the splash pad.

So all morning the boys kept asking if they were good & if they could go to the PAD.

So after my nail apt we went to the splash pad.

The boys LOVE the water anything to do with water & they are in heaven.

Baby (Coleson) wasn't to sure of the whole thing.

It took him about 10 mins to finally go play.

Dinosaurs at the Zoo???

On memorial day we took the boys to the zoo.

It was a little cool & was suppose to rain so we thought it would be a good day to see the animals.

The boys love animals & watching animal shows.

Erica, Courtnie, Me, Coleson, Gage & Kelton.

Baby was ready for the animals.
The boys loved the dinosaurs.

Of course anyone who reads my blog knows how much we love the Dino Park.

This one was so fun it spit water.

Coleson loved the big Elephant that made noises & blew air.

It's a good thing to because the real elephants wouldn't come outside so we didn't get to see them.

The boys were in Awe over the robotic dinosaurs.

Baby was mad because I took him out of his stroller to stand by his brothers.
So excited to sit on the dinosaur.

I was really disappointed in the zoo.

We thought for sure the animals would be out & about but nope!

The elephants and Rinos were inside.

They are rebuliding the bears & penguins & other animals a new habitat so they were not around to see. The big cats were all still lazy as ever.

We didn't really see a ton of animals, but it was still fun.

It started to rain just as we were walking back to the car. Good thing we stopped at the dollar store & bought a bunch of umbrellas.

Oh ya and of course there was cotton candy!!!

Fun at Lagoon

On Saturday the 28th we went to Lagoon with Courtnie & Erica.

Erica met her family there & the girls hung out with them for awhile while we took the boys on some kiddie rides.

The boy's love love love Lagoon.

We left baby with Grandma & Grandpa Wright because we didn't think he would be big enough to ride the rides. Next year he can go.

The boys couldn't get on the rides fast enough.

Gage had a hard time waiting in line he kept saying "It takes to long".

It's so hard to have to stand in the lines & wait your turn when your just a little boy.

They did really good about standing in line & not budding in front of people & trying to be patient. It was an overcast day so at least it wasn't super hot waiting.

We had such a fun day.

The boys rode a bunch of other rides with mom & sissy but I don't have any pictures of them.

We took them on the new bombora roller coaster, I wasn't sure if they would like it or not but they loved it & wanted to go again.

They had a fun ride on the sky ride and of course we had to have some cotton candy.

It was a fun day bonding with my babies & making memories.

It's been hit & miss around here with the sunshine.

I am so ready for it to stop raining.

We did have one day a few days back that I could kick the boys outside, er I mean the boys could go play outside.

Of course they were on there bikes!!!

I love it when we can get out of the house & be outside.

This little man LOVES the outside.

His favorite thing is to swing, his 2nd favorite thing is to jump on the tramp.

He is the baby thus the name baby.

And he IS SO SPOILED by everyone!!!

He is the cutest little one and he makes me smile everyday.

He copies pretty much everything his brothers do which sometimes isn't always a good thing.

He thinks he is as big as they are & can do everything that they can & he sure does try.

He is my mr independent!!!
I can't keep him out of the dirt he loves it.

This is him looking right at me as I tell him not to throw dirt & to get out of the flowers.

Do you not think I'm in for some trouble???

Ooooo but just look at that cute little face I just wanna eat him up.

My twin boys are so different.

They are like night & day.

My Kelton is more quiet & will sit & watch a show or read books.

He can be easily entertained.

My Gage on the other hand is my hands on boy.

He has to do it for himself & is always busy.

He only has one voice & it's not an inside voice.

He is my little busy boy.

Neither one of these are bad.

I love my boys the way they are they are just as different personality wise as they are in looks.

Anyways about my little Dare Devil, in case you haven't already figured out is my Gage.

Jer was on the roof a couple weeks ago fixing a leak & the boys were outside riding there bikes.

I was outside also. When I'm outside I let them open the gate so they can ride there bikes from the front yard to the back yard & on the sidewalk in front of our house.

I ran inside for a sec to get a drink for Coleson & when I came out Jer asked me if I knew where my son was.

I asked which one & he said Gage so I figured that since Jer was on the roof he could see Gage riding his bike up the street or something like that. I said where is he by Jamie's house and walked back into the back yard.

He said no look up.

This is what I saw.

Gage decided that he needed to climb up the ladder & help dad out.

Jer said he was talking to him from the roof & he thought Gage was on the ground.

He thought he sounded really close so he looked up & there he was right next to him.

He will be the death of me I swear it.

I am so shocked that we haven't had any broken arms or legs yet.

Just stitches.

Birthday Bash.

Since the boy's birthday & Court's birthday are so close together we always have a big family BBQ to celebrate with our families.

It's always a good time & fun is had by all.

Here are the Birthday boys.

Kelton loves Iron Man & Gage loves Transformers.

So I did a cake with both.

The Birthday Girl.

Her cake was so much fun to make.

It was a huge hit with everyone, especially the kids.

There was a lot of fun for the kids.

Jer's mom let us borrow her bounce house that was also a big hit.

I love that we both have big families & that we have so many nieces & nephews.

The kids all get along great.

The boys got a ton of gifts a lot of guns.

Nerf guns, water guns, bubble guns.

They got some cute shirts & Sissy bought them some really cute outfits.

They had to close there eyes for there present from mom & dad.

Big Boy Bikes!!!!

They were so surprised and excited.

They had no trouble jumping on and knowing what to do.

Now I can't get them off.

They are the 1st thing they get out when they go outside to play.

I love these big boys!!!

My first baby Courtnie turned 19 on May 13th.

I can't believe that she is already an adult it seems like just yesterday she was born.

She is my only daughter & I love her so much, I am proud of her & the wonderful young woman that she has become.

She is the Best big sister & the boys Love her so much.

I love watching her play with them.

Kelton is a total Sissy's boy he always has to be where ever she is.
They love to play with Sissy.
I love you Court you are & have been such a joy to my life.

I want to thank you for everything that you do for me & all the help you are with the boys.

I really couldn't do it sometimes without you.

I love you more than you will know.

4th Birthday

I am so slow on this post but I guess better late than never right?

My little babies, my twin boys Gage & Kelton turned 4 on May 10th.

I can not believe how fast time has flown by.

We took them to boondocks for there birthday.

They had so much fun.

Sissy Courtnie & her friend (other sissy) Erica went with us before they had to go to work.

It was overcast & had rained earlier that day, but when we got there it was great because we pretty much had the place to ourselves.

The boys had a ton of fun playing in the little climbing area.

Baby (Coleson) had fun riding on the Merry Go Round.

The boys had fun riding in the Go Carts with Sissy & Erica.

They had the biggest grins on there faces.

My camera died but they also had fun on the water bumper cars, playing laser tag & playing all the games for tickets.

They won a lot of tickets & Sissy had a TON of tickets so they got some binoculars and light up swords. Then they got to have lunch at Red Robin and a free cupcake at Barnes & Noble for dessert. They had a pretty great day.

I just can't believe how big they are.

I am so proud of them they are such good boys and have such tender hearts.

I love them so much and look forward to watching them continue to grow.

Warm weather finally!

The boys and I had a fabulous day today.

Finally the weather decided to warm up for a much needed day out.

I think it hit 71 today it was perfect weather.

First we hit the Dinosaur Park.

I have to make sure I always have a few quarters.

The boys love to feed the ducks & fish.

Of course we have to stop & play on the playground for a while.

I can't believe how big my baby is.

Gage loves to bury his feet in the sand.

He found a little Caterpillar and played with it for about ten minutes.

His brothers didn't want anything to do with it though.

Kelton is such a silly little one.

He was singing a song to himself when I took this picture.

Shh don't tell I let them sneak in & give the dinosaur a hug.

We always have to take a picture on the pink Dino.

After the Dinosaur Park we headed up Ogden Canyon for a ride.

We stopped at Pineview Dam & I let the boys get out and look out over the dam. Of course they are boys, so there was a lot of rock throwing action.

They thought it was really cool to throw the rocks and watch them roll down the hill.

On our way back down I stopped to let them check out the waterfall.

The water in the river is so high right now and it's so loud. Between the river and the waterfall you had to really yell to hear each other.

The boys all thought it was really cool.

They didn't want to leave.

I love these boys so much.

I could not imagine my life without them.

I have so much fun with these boys wether it's hanging out at the dino park or shopping at walmart. They entertain & inspire me every day.

Thank you Boys for making me a better momma and person.

Courtnie the boys & I were driving to the dentist this afternoon when we passed a cemetery.

Kelton says to me look mom somebody left they stuff there.

I explained to him that the cemetery is where they bury people & the people who love them can come and leave things for them like balloons, flowers etc.

Not missing a beat he says "Oh well I love my iron man so I better bury him."

He was all serious.

Courtnie & I were laughing our heads off.

Gage pipes up and say's that's a good one!

Now even more laughter.

Oh how I love my boys they are always entertaining me.

We were driving home from dinner tonight & I was listening to Gage & Kelton's conversation in the back seat.

They were talking about moving the tramp in the backyard over to the house so they could climb on the house & jump off onto it.

They are only 4 years old!!!

What am I in for?

Where do they learn these things at 4?

I just gotta love em and make sure I always have insurance!

Easter 2011

We had such a wonderful Easter.

We went to church Kelton Gave his very first talk as a Sunbeam.

He did so Awesome I thought I would have to convince him to do it, but he surprised me by saying everything I told him loud and clear looking out at the kids the whole time.

His talk was on following Christ's Example.

And Gage gave his very first closing Prayer as a Sunbeam.

He walked right up and folded his arms & started the prayer before I even got up there to help him.

They definitely don't get there speaking skills from Momma.

I was and am so Proud of them.

They looked so cute in there easter outfits and they wore there "Missionary in training raising the bar" tags.

Don't ask what's up with the faces I have no idea.

It's impossible to get a decent picture of the 3 of them all looking at the camera and smiling.

I don't even know why I try.

But they are still cute!

We celebrated Easter with Jer's family on sat with a dinner & Easter egg hunt.

We also celebrated his little Nephew Collins 6th birthday.

It was a fun filled day with hyper messy kids! =)

And sunday after church we went to my moms to celebrate with my family.

Dinner was great & of course there was another Egg hunt.

Can't have to many egg hunts right?

The kids all had fun playing baseball & riding the skateboard down grandma's driveway.

By the time we got home we were all ready for bed.

I can't imagine a better easter weekend then spending it with family & remembering Christ and all he did for us.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend also.

To anyone who still follows my blog or checks in once in awhile.

I am such a slacker!!!

Everything here at the Wright house is good everyone is healthy & we have no complaints.

The boys are all getting big & wild!

I can't wait until Summer when I can chuck them outside.

Baby (Coleson) LOVES the outside if he escapes into the backyard on our way to the garage it's a fight to get him.

He LOVES the tramp just like his brothers.

He gets on & goes into the center where I can't reach him & teases me.

He is so cute & such a joy to our family.

Gage & Kelton do pre-school every mon wed & fri & they love it.

They have learned so much & I am so proud of them.

Gage loves to say the pledge of allegience.

He will say it to anyone that will listen to him.

I am so proud of him nobody worked with him he just learned it from saying it at school everyday. You don't even have to help him when he says it.

He is just so cute.

We haven't had to much going on here but I will try & post more often.

I hope everyone had a Happy Halloween this year!!!

The boys had so much fun Trick or Treating.

They got it this year & we're so cute running from house to house to get candy.

I think I had more fun watching them than they did doing it.

I had a ton of fun making there costumes with my cute cousin Jana.

I have to say I think I have the cutest Skeletons Ever!!!

We took the boys to the library for there Halloween party earlier in the day & they had so much fun.

They got to do pumkin bowling, color pictures, listen to stories, do face painting & they got a treat bag just before we left.

We have had a few exciting first's here at the Wright house this last week.

The first one.....

Gage & Kelton started Pre-School.

I can't believe it, I have mixed emotions about this they are my babies & shouldn't be growing up so fast.

But I am so excited for them & they LOVE it, it helps that they know there teacher & that she is our neighbor & my good old high school friend that I am now in YW with.

They love her....Thanks Jamie for making this adjustment SO much easier for me!

I can't believe that My Little Monkey is almost a year old.

Time goes by to darn fast.

I just want him to stay a baby forever, he has been such a good baby.

Time goes by to fast!

I can't believe how fast time goes by.

This last week on the 10th my babies Gage & Kelton turned 3.

And on the 13th my first baby Courtnie turned 18!

Where does the time go?

When you first have them people always tell you enjoy them while you can, before you know it they will be grown & gone.

I used to just roll my eyes & think WHATEVER!

But now I know how very fast time really does go.

If there is one thing I have learned from starting my 2nd little family, it's that I take the time to enjoy the little things more, I hang on to little moments & try to make them last.

Before I know they to will be grown & gone.

My kids are my life they are what make me smile everyday, good days & bad.

They give me a purpose & make me strive to be a better mom.

I hope that I never disapoint them.

Happy Birthday my babies all 3 of you.

I love you all more than any of you will ever know.

And yes Court even though you are 18, you are still & will always be my baby!

I can't even believe how good he goes down for naps & bed time.

I am so lucky!

I have never seen a sweeter little face I love my Chubba Bubba aka. Sugar Muffin & Little Nugget!

Poor kid is never gonna learn his name. =)

He is just so sweet.

Sometimes I just never want him to grow up.

I'm really really slow at posting these I don't know what my problem has been lately.

Some of it is that stupid FB part of it is just me being lazy I guess.

Anyway before christmas we had one of Jeremy's cute friends do our family pictures.

She is so cute & she did a really really good job & she was amazing with the boys.

I am going to have her do more in the summer & Courtnie's senior pictures.

What will they do next???

The other day I was cleaning the kitchen & visiting with Courtnie when my two little monsters came in stripping down & telling me that they wanted to get in the bath.

This is a great thing except that they already had a bath earlier in the day after breakfast.

But what the heck it was cold outside & I was cleaning the kitchen so I went & started them a bath.

They get out of the tub and are running around in there diapers (Still no big boy pants, but that is another post altogether) they think it's a game for you to try & catch them to get them dressed.

I see dad pull in the drive way so I tell them dad is home thinking they will run to the kitchen window to see him like they always do. But NO they run to the door (Unfortunately they know how to open it even when it's locked & remember I live on a main road that is very busy).

They say hi to dad & make a break for it into the back yard onto the tramp.

Dad tries to get them but it's almost impossible to get them once they get on the tramp.

So in comes dad with no boys.

Remember it's freezing outside & they have nothing but a diaper on.

Luckily Sissy was there to help me she jumped onto the tramp & rounded them up, with them running around laughing there little heads off the entire time.

I thought for sure I was going to receive a visit from child protective services!!!

I was doing the dishes after lunch today after I put the baby down & my 2 little monsters fell asleep watching cartoons on the couch (because they wouldn't go to sleep in there room so I gave up).

My little Gage woke up & came in and told me he wanted to help.

I believe it's never to early to teach them to clean & do chores.

So I got out another wash rag & asked him what he wanted to do.

He wanted to wash the table.

Here he is helping momma wash the table.

BUT......

He didn't stop there.

He washed the fridge and the stove for me to.

He is such a good little helper!

To bad most of the time he is helping his brother make a mess!!!

I was just watching GTU today & they had a gentleman on that was talking about the new smokeless tobacco products that are being tested in the market right now & are soon to hit shelves in utah.

I was outraged & concerned as a parent with teenagers at the products that are being made & marketed toward children.

Here is a news video I found that shows some of the products & gives a little more info on them.

Please take a few mins & watch this.

These products are designed to look like mints, packages of gum, or cell phones if they are in your childs pocket.

Please pass this information on to anyone you know that has children, we need to be aware as parents & adults what our kids or kids friends may have.

We bought a membership to the Dinosaur park this year because the boys LOVE to go there & play.

We took them last Thursday evening & there was only 3 other families in the whole park so it was a ton of fun.

The boys just ran from one dino to another exploring everything.

they are setting up for halloween so they had the scary spook alley sounds going along with the dinosaur sounds & the boys loved it.

If you have never been there at night at Halloween time you must go it is so much fun.

They keep it pretty tame for all the little ones, but just scary enough.

We went to the halloween costume night last year & it was fun but way to many people I think we'll pick a different night this year.

A DAY AT THE ZOO.

This last Friday we took the boys to the Hogal Zoo.

All day they kept saying Animals, Animals!!!

They loved it we got to see a lot of baby animals including baby Zuri the new baby elephant that was born Aug 10th.

She was so cute & playful, and we saw the baby giraffe and the 3 triplet tiger cubs.

The boys loved running around seeing everything but I think there favorite thing was the train ride.

Grandma Sue Sue met us there later in the afternoon with cousins Ethan & Evan and the kids had a ton of fun.

My husbands family owns a house boat in Lake Powell so we go go out there a couple times a summer.

This year the family only made it out once & the dates happened to be Aug 27th thru Sept 3rd.

Remember now I have a brand new baby & I had a C-Section.

So I told my husband that I would pass this year but that he should go & enjoy.

He was only going for about 4 or 5 days so I figured I could hold down the fort with two 2 year olds & a one month old. =)

This however is not the part that makes me CRAZY I can handle this pretty easily.

The husband left on thurs to go down with his family he drove my car with his sister so he could come home sunday night.

By thursday night I was having anxiety, not attacks just anxiety.

This is unusual for me I can be by myself & be ok.

(I have been a single mom before)

But for some reason I just couldn't shake it & it just kept getting worse as the night went on.

I finally said a prayer to help me know what to do.

I sat down to relax for a little bit after I put the boys to bed & I decided that I needed to start making a list of everything I needed to pack to take to Lake Powell.

YES I decided I was supposed to be with my husband.

So I called my brother in-law to see what time they were leaving in the morning & if I could follow them out.

(I would never have gone out with 3 babies if I didn't have someone to travel with)

I packed everything up and got to bed at about 2:30 we were leaving at 8:00.

I packed everything into the car the night before so all I had to do was get up & get us all showered & ready to go.

I did have to stop at the store to grab some formula just so make sure I wouldn't run out.

While I was there I grabbed the boys some snacks & me some Mt. Dew.

I was prepared for the whining & crying that I knew I would experience pretty much the whole way there.

I was AMAZED!!!

Baby only cried twice to eat & they were both times we were already stopped to eat or potty & my big boys didn't cry or whine the entire trip (about 350 miles).

Gage took 2 half hour naps & Kelton took one half hour nap they were awake pretty much the whole trip & they were so good.

I took lots of snacks, story books & some disney cds (thanks aunt nikki & uncle bucky)

We talked & sang songs & I was amazed & so proud of them.

It was a start to a very good vacation the boys had a ton of fun & dad was so excited that we were coming to be with him.

The boys had a good time they LOVE the water!

This smile is worth more than a thousand words!

All 3 of my boys are water boys.

Me not so much.

We had a really fun beach for all the kids to play on.

He is my fish & wanted in the water the whole time.

He has figured out how to balance himself in his life jacket & doggie paddle all the while squealing with delight sticking his tongue out with a huge smile on his face.

It is the cutest thing ever!!!

Gage likes the water but he doesn't love it like Kelton does.

I am so glad that I decided to make the trek.

They were almost just as awesome.

Just a little bit of crying but nothing out of control & they were really tired we got on the road kind of late.

Thank you boys (All of my boys) for being so good to mommy & giving me some great memories!!!

The only down fall to the trip was that my 2 big kids couldn't make it.

Their dad wouldn't let them miss any school =(

Me & my brothers used to totally do this to my mom.

Honestly sometimes I still do just to tease her & bring back the memories

(or in her case maybe nightmares).

Last thursday the 27th of Aug the boys had there 1st ever dentist apt.

They are so hard to get to let you brush there teeth.

We have to sit with them on our lap & pretty much hold them down while the whole time they are screaming bloody murder.

You would think that as long as we've been brushing there teeth they would be used to it.

So needless to say I was expecting the worst.

(I warned the dentist office when I made the apt)

Oh & I took them to a pediatric dentist hoping that it might be a little less scary & traumatic.

So far so good!

What could be wrong with toys huh!

He was so good he just walked right in & climbed up on the chair.

I though for sure we would be holding him down.

(The dentist has a light with hot air balloons on it to look up at while they take the X-rays & the boys really liked that).

They were so big & I was so proud of them.

Kelton walked right out & climbed up in the chair & was ready to go.

Gage not so much he wouldn't get in the chair.

He wouldn't let the hygienist touch his finger with it so mom had to do it.

He didn't like having the dentist mess in his mouth at all.

But the dentist was fast.

Oh & the new tooth brush helped calm him down a bit too.

He was sitting in time out crying.

Why you ask?

Because he kept trying to wonder where he wasn't suppose to.

(The hygienist asked me later how I got him to stay, she said she can't get her 3 year old daughter to stay).

I had to take a picture.

I am definitely not one of those moms who are afraid to discipline in public.

So you all know that my new little man Coleson (or Baby as he's called in our house).

Has had a bad diaper rash pretty much since he was born.

I have tried a million things & been to the Dr. twice.

After a lot of tears his & mine over diaper changes I finally went with my gut.

I should have listened to myself sooner & taken action.

I switched babies formula & tried Butt Paste.

Within a day his little bottom was so much better & no more acid poop.

His little bottom is almost completely healed today.

By this point in my life I should listen to my gut & react faster I'm sorry I didn't.

So this is a lesson to me & all of you.

Trust your gut no matter what the Dr's or others might say or tell you.

We usually know what's best for us & our children.

P.S. A note to myself when I took baby into the Dr. last week about his little bottom he weighed in at 11 lbs. 2 oz.

He has gained a pound a week since he was born.

He is a little chunk.

Yesterday was a busy tiresome day.

I called the pediatrician to get baby Coleson in to have his little bottom checked.

He's had a sore bottom since we left the hospital.

The Dr's aren't any help they just tell me to use bag balm, which I have & it usually works wonders in like a day.

Not helping baby at all, so they said to stop using wipes.

Duh!!!

Already done a long time ago.

So they tell me to try desitin.

Ya not working either.

I'm thinking it's a yeast based rash but I'm not a Dr. so they won't listen to me.

If it is then I can't use cornstarch or it will make it way worse.

So I've tried burnt flour & it didn't work either.

Then yesterday the Dr tells me he see's it a lot with new babies on similac (?) to lazy to get up & check spelling.

It makes them have really acidy poops until they are about a month old & that I just have to wait it out & let his little bumb skin toughen up against it.

WHAT THE !!!!!

He's not the one crying while he has to clean the little bleeding bottom while baby is crying so hard because it's killing him.

There has to be something else I can do but WHAT?

That was the 1st part of my busy day.

The 2nd part?

Big sister Courtnie went with us to the Dr. & hung out with us all day.

The boys were wrestling on the ground with her before bed time and little man Kelton went running away from her squeeling, tripped over a pillow & connected with the corner of the front door.

The door won & we ended up at the ER. at 8:00 last night.

He only cried for a few mins. he was so tough.

He is my little shy guy, but last night he sure wasn't he was chatting it up to everyone in the ER.

He liked the Dr because he was wearing Spiderman scrubs & he was really good with Kelton.

Luckily they were able to glue it instead of stitching it.

He will have a scar but I guess it's ok he's a boy, Just one of the many battle wounds he'll have I'm sure.

When he was done they gave him some chocolate milk & some Lilo & Stitch stickers.

But his favorite thing of all was his ID bracelet that they put on him.

He had to show everyone his bracelet & he wouldn't let me take it off until tonight.

I had to talk him into letting me take it off.

He is so cute & so tough you wouldn't even know he had a big owie if you couldn't see it.

Coleson's 2 week checkup & Random pictures.

I can't believe my baby is already 2 weeks old.

We took him to his 2 week check up today.

He is growing like a weed.

He weighed 8 lbs. 15 oz. when he was born & his length was 20 1/2 inches.

When we left the hospital he weighed 8 lbs. 10 oz.

Today his measurements were:

Weight: 9 lbs. 11 oz. ~ 75%

Length: 21 1/8 inches. ~ 75%

Head circ: 37.2. ~ 50%

He is getting so big.

This last Sat was the last day of our county fair & I really wanted to take the boys so they could see all the animals & get them out of the house for some fun.

So we had Grandma Sue Sue (Susan, my mom) watch baby Coleson for us.

And we headed out for some fair fun!!!

The boys were so excited to go see the animals.

The great big smiles on there faces made it all worth it.

(Mom over did it & was feeling it later that night from having my C-Section).

Here are some fun Pics I took.

I could never get them to look at the camera though they were way to interested in all the animals.

Gage would pretty much run from animal to animal.

But my little Kelton was more interested in watching them than touching them.

However Kelton was interested in trying to feed the animals his little credit card thingy.

He thought that it was the funniest thing ever when the animals would try & eat it.

At least the cow would look at me for this picture!

After awhile Kelton got fussy & just wanted daddy to hold him.

This Rabbit was so strange looking.

It looked like a big huge cotton ball.

Gage liked his little nose.

We had a really good time......

Even if Gage doesn't look like it in this picture.

We did however have one minor (Could have been major) set back.

Gage was standing next to this texas longhorn when he decided to stand up.

I am not kidding when I say I thought my baby was gone.

He stood up & his horn came out of the cage not kidding and inch or less away from the corner of Gage's eye.

He hit the cage & it knocked Gage back a little.

I was there as fast as I could get there & swooping him into my arms.

It took him a full 5 - 10 seconds then he just started to cry it scared him so bad.

It scared mom & dad pretty bad to.

We won't be visiting the longhorns for a long while.

We got some free chocolate milk & some cotton candy & life was good again.

He's finally here!!!

Coleson is finally here!!!

He was born Tue July 28th at 7:48 am.

He weighed in at 8 lbs. 15 oz.

He is 20 1/2 inches.

And he has a ton of dark hair.

The C-Section went really good & Coleson is healthy as can be.

He has chubby little cheeks & he's been a wonderful baby so far.

I have 2 of the cutest helpers ever.

They love there little brother & have to help feed him.

Gage puts his hands out & says "Hands"

Which means he wants to hold the baby by himself.

Sister helps him hold him & he loves every min of it.

So far they both love there little brother & they have been very loving to him.

He's already been smothered in kisses & hugs.

Dad loves his new little man to.

Jer is such a wonderful husband & dad.

He is always helping me out, most of the time I don't even have to ask him he just does what needs to be done.

I am so very lucky to have him.

Perinatologist update.

I went to the perinatologist today & Coleson looks so cute.

He is such a chunk already you can see his chubby little cheeks in the ultra sound.

They said he has curly hair in the back & kind of a lot of it.

I guess we'll soon see.

He weighed in at 9 lbs. 8 oz. and for those of you who know my AFI (water level) is finally down it was only at 17.34 thank goodness because Coleson is enough weight himself.

I'm still hoping I'll go before the 28th, Jer kinda wants him on his birthday (July 25th) that would be a good present for him.

I'll keep ya all posted!!!

I know I haven't posted in like forever!

You can blame that stupid Farmtown game on FB.

I didn't get it at 1st but I've kind of become addicted, I think it might be wearing off a little now though.

Any way a little update on Coleson & what's going on.

He is still hiding safely in mommy.

We went to the Dr. on monday for our weekly NST everything looks great he's active as ever & heart rate is great.

I had the Dr. check me just to see if anything was happening.

Ya I got a BIG FAT O nothing happening at all yet.

I'm scheduled for my C-Section on Tue the 28th at 7:30.

I have to be there at 5:30.

I don't function well before 8 so we'll see how that goes.

Anything to finally be done though, I am so sick of being pregnant at this point I just want him here.

We go to the Perinatologist again today for our check up.

3 weeks ago when I went my AFI (water level) was still 26.5 and he was weighing in at around 7 lbs. 9 oz.

So it will be interesting to see how much he's grown in the last 3 weeks.

I keep waiting to go into labor on my own but it just doesn't seem to be happening.

It's day by day at this point.

I will keep you all posted & am taking my computer to the hospital with me so as soon as we have him you will all know.

Wish me luck & sooner than later even though Tue is only like 5 days away, it's still forever!!!

No more Binkies!!!

Gage & Kelton still had there binkies at nap time & bed time until yesterday!

Gage woke up from his nap yesterday & showed me his binkie & said hole.

I looked at it & he had bitten a hole in the top of it.

So I took full advantage.

I told him it was yucky & needed to go in the garbage.

He followed me into the kitchen & he threw it away.

My little Kelton followed right behind & without me saying a word to him he dropped his into the garbage.

I got them a snack & collected all the others & hid them.

last night I was prepared for a long night of fighting for bink bink.

We bathed the boys, brushed teeth, said prayers, & then it started the crying for bink bink.

I reminded them again as I had all day that binkies were in the garbage & that they were big boys now!!!

They cried & screamed at the door for about 10 mins then I went & put them back in bed & tucked them in.

Kelton cried for about a sec & stopped, not my Gage (He is to much like mom Stubborn).

Gage screamed for about 10 mins longer & dad went to put him back in bed.

But dad hasn't learned anything from all the super nanny that we watch, he laid him down & stayed in there with him for a few mins.

When he went to leave, yep you guessed it, tantrum all over again screaming at the door stomping his feet, laying on the floor to see under the door & more screaming.

All the while Kelton is sound asleep in his bed.

I let him cry for about 10 or 15 mins then I went in & had him walk to his bed I picked him up & laid him down as he's doing little sobs now.

I kissed him a few times & told him it was ok Momma would see him in the morning & tucked him in.

I walked out & didn't hear a peep out of either one of them all night long.

It took about 40 mins from the time we started to put them down until they both went to sleep.

Not to bad, at least not as bad as I thought it was going to be.

Today at nap they asked for bink bink once I reminded them it was in the garbage & they were fine no crying.

They did play a little longer than usual, but I'll take that over screaming & stomping feet any day.

So it looks like we are binkie free at least until Coleson comes, we'll have to see if he's a binkie boy to!

I went to the perinatologist today Coleson is doing great he's just a big boy.

I went 4 weeks ago & he weighed 5 lbs 8 oz. Today he weighed in at 7 lbs 9 oz.

I still have to much water but I'm ok & as long as Coleson is ok then I'll suffer through it.

I still have at least 3 weeks to go to put me at 38 weeks.

I have to hold out at least that long so he will have a much better chance of staying out of the NICU.

I go back to the perinatologist in 3 weeks & we'll see how big he is by then. :)

As you all know I'm pregnant & close to having baby Coleson.

This morning after I got the boys breakfast & cleaned up we sat down to watch

Caillou (Spelling?) on the Sprout network.

As I sat down I said to myself (out loud) man my feet hurt!

My little Gagie jumped off the couch picked up my foot & rubbed it a couple times, then grabbed the other one & rubbed it a few times.

Then he climbed back on the couch next to me & cuddled in.

It was the cutest thing ever.

I hugged & kissed him & told him what a nice boy he was to take care of mommy.

He obviously watches daddy rub mommas feet (such a good husband).

I am so thankful that my boys have such a good example for a father.

They are such sweet boys & I am so proud of them.

It finally happened!!!

Well it finally happened...

Gage tripped and fell on the metal skirt around our fireplace today and cut the corner of his eye open.

Luckily Jer was already home.

My poor little Gagie only cried for about 10 mins then he settled down.

We got the bleeding stopped & took him into the after hours at our pediatricians office.

(I Love that place & the people!)

He was such a big boy he didn't cry t all he just sat there staring at the nurse & the Dr. as they fixed him up.

They were amazed at how calm & good he was for his age.

The Dr. said that she could stitch him up but since he is so little she didn't want to traumatize him so she glued it shut instead & put some butterfly bandages over it.

(He didn't want me to take his picture)

But nothing can keep this kid down.

As soon as we got home he ran straight for the tramp and just kept going until it was time for bed.

He is such a tough little man.

My heart still breaks for him though, I hate it when my babies are hurt.

Me and a mini van?

Well it finally happened.

I am a mini van owner!!!

Just over a year ago I swore I would never own a mini van.

But today we bought one!

I love it!

It is so nice & is going to be so convenient when Coleson arrives.

It drives so smooth & has so much room.

I'm not a photographer so my pictures leave a lot to be desired.

But it is so nice & I love it.

I didn't think to get a picture of the front but it doesn't really look like a van it looks more like a durango. (Spelling?)

So back the end of march I took the boys to get their pictures taken.

I took them to Little Angels Photography.

I'm a little slow but I'm just getting around to posting them now.

The boys didn't really want to cooperate they got all shy on us & wouldn't smile, but the pictures turned out cute anyway.

I mean I am a little partial but as cute as they are I don't think they could take a bad picture.

Taylor Swift

This last Tuesday night I went to see Taylor Swift with my beautiful daughter Courtnie her friend Nicole & my cute cousin Kelsey.

We had a good time (Sorry I don't have any pics this time.)

Taylor was great it was a very high energy concert.

I love all of her songs & she is a very cute girl.

One thing I could do without though is how much she flips her hair.

Other than that I Loved it!!!

I think I loved watching the group of girls around 10 years old to the side of us just as much.

They were so cute dancing & singing & yelling "We Love you Taylor"!

If any of you get a chance to go see her you really should she will only get better the older & more seasoned she becomes.

Her opening acts were Gloriana

They are new so they didn't really sing very many songs, but they are good.

And

Kelly pickler was suppose to open for her to but she was sick so we didn't get to see her.

We were pretty bumbed about that.

Especially Court she really likes her.

Oh well what can you do?

We had a good time anyways & Taylor was great!

Ist Father Son Outing!

This last Friday was the father son outing for Jeremy's dads ward at church.

At 1st I told Jer that I didn't want him taking the boys up.

"You know the whole paranoid mom thing!!!"

But I thought about it & decided that it would be good for him & the boys.

Plus Grandpa would be there to help keep an eye on them so Jer wouldn't be out numbered.

The boys had a good time, (not as sure about dad) but he said he had fun to.

As soon as they got up there my little man Kelton took a tumble into he fire pit full of ashes.

Thank goodness there was no fire.

Jer said they were pretty good for the most part & they had so much fun playing in the dirt.

Of course they did they're boys!!!

Of course when they brought the food out my boys were right there & ready!!!

Jer said they were pretty good about not getting to close to the fire.

A little close for mom but they came home without any burns & safe.

It was good for them to go away for a night with just daddy & it was a nice break for mom to.

But I did miss my boys.

Misc Adventures.

I'm a little late posting some of this but well you all know me.

Better late than never.

Last week it hit like 90 degrees so I got out the pool for the boys.

Here are some pictures of there fun!

Last year when I let them play in the water Kelton wasn't to sure of the water.

This year it was Gage!

But it only took him a few mins to figure out that it was ok.

I couldn't get them out of the pool!!!

It's a good thing they like the water since dad is a boater, he'll have them on a wake board soon I'm sure!!!

I took the boys to the park a few days ago & they had so much fun!

I just have to watch them especially Gage because they think that they are bigger than they are.

They love the slide I can't get them off of it!

Kelton says oook at me!!!

So of course Gage has to do it to!!!

They thought it was the funniest thing to poke there heads out at me!

Such happy boys when they're playing at the park!

I love watching them play with each other, they are the best of friends.

I hope they always stay that way.

Poor brother!!!

The other day I made cupcakes for a YW activity & of course you know I had a couple of little helpers!

I always turn the light on so they can watch whatever it is I'm cooking or baking.

This is them waiting not so patiently for the cupcakes to get done.

I love this picture for so many reasons.

Dinosaur Park Carnival

This last Sat Jer & I took the boys to the Dino Park.

They were having a big Dino Carnival.

The weather was perfect & the boys had so much fun.

They LOVE dinosaurs & making dinosaur sounds.

The Dino park is a pretty fun place to go for a few hours & sat they had all kinds of things going on.

They had all kinds of snakes & lizards on display, they even had a couple of baby coyotes that had been rescued but you couldn't get very close to them so I didn't get a picture.

& I really don't love snakes so I didn't take any pictures of them either.

They also had a couple of turtles.

The boys liked seeing them.

They also had big dinosaurs....

And little dinosaurs....

There was even Kissing dinosaurs!!!

There was some kicking rocks....

But the favorite part of the day was the play ground....

The second favorite was the little train ride they had going on.

I didn't get any pictures of it but here are the boys waiting for it to come.

It was a great day & we will be back soon.

We bought a family membership so I can take the boys whenever I want to.

Her is just a bit of randomness about my boys.

This last Sunday before it was time to get ready for church I was sitting with the heating pad on my back.

It always hurts in the same spot so my dr. said to put the heat on it for awhile.

Anyway I got up to get in the shower & this is what I found when I came out.

I forgot to turn it off (It was on low)

& Gage decided that it felt good on his legs.

He just sat there watching tv forever with it on his legs.

They are ALWAYS watching even when we don't think they are.

Oh & this is what else I found....

Little man was watching Barney on dads lap as content as could be while dad slept sitting up.

I just had to take a picture it was to cute.

The boys had there 2 year old check up this last monday may 11th.

They are growing like weeds.

Gage is my little show off & kelton is my little shy boy right now.

Jer met us there so he could help me out, that & he is such a great dad he just likes to be involved whenever he can.

As soon as the nurse came in to measure & weigh them etc. Kelton just started bawling.

I think he knew a shot was coming, he was sitting on jers lap & still was crying.

Gage on the other hand was talking & playing.

Gage showed the dr. how he can jump so big & was telling her stores while little man Kelton just sat on dads lap & watched her really close.

They are so different from each other it is funny.

Gage weighed in at 29 lbs. 10 oz.

(He's in the 70 %)

He's was 34 5/8 inches long.

(50 %)

and his head was 49.2 cm.

(65 %)

My little man Kelton

weighed in at 26 lbs. 3 oz.

(30 %)

He was 33 1/8 inches long

(20 %)

and his head was 48.2 cm.

(40 %)

So I have one big one & one little one.

I still can't believe they are 2 years old already.

Happy Birthday Courtnie!!!

It was 17 years ago today that you came into this world & changed my life forever.

I am so thankful for you in my life & want you to know how much I love you.

You have been such a joy & I have loved watching you grow & mature.

I hope that you know how very much you mean to me & how much I love you.

I hope that you have a great birthday I love you Mom!

I'm a little late on my mothers day post but I'm still gonna do it.

We had a busy mothers day.

We started out with church then we went to Jer's Moms to wish her a happy day & spend some time with her.

Then it was off to the park to spend some time with my mom & family.

The boys had the most fun at the park we couldn't get them off the play ground.

Kelton was mad because he couldn't figure out how to get up on the plat form to go on the big slide. Eventually he figured it out & was happy again.

This is my cute little nephew Briggs, he belongs to my sister.

He is 2 months younger than the boys.

The boys are just starting to have fun playing with each other & they are all so cute together.

I had a wonderful mothers day.

My beautiful daughter Courtnie made me this beautiful necklace & earrings.

My pictures do not do it justice they are really really pretty.

Incase you can't tell the stones on the end are a pastel purple.

I love it & I love it even more because she made it herself.

My handsome son gave me this really good smelling lotion & this sweet sweet card.

He picked the card out special for me, it has real flowers on the front.

My mom said he was so worried about what to write that would be special.

He is such a sweet boy with such a big sweet heart.

The inside of the card reads:

I also got these cards from the boys.

They made them in their nursery class at church.

They also gave me one of those little rainbow flowers that go in your garden & spin when the wind hits them.

I am so lucky to have all of my Beautiful children & am so thankful for my family.

I don't know what I would do without my kids.

I am so excited for this next one (Coleson) to get here then our family will be complete.

I love you so much kids you will never know how much. Thank you for making my mothers day very special.

Oh & if your wondering what my sweet husband got me....

Yep!!!

He bought me a MacBook.

Now I can blog on the go & anywhere.

So far I'm loving it!!!
